FedRAMP Moderate ongoing authorization requires a Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) program (NIST CA-7) that tracks all security control changes and documents the impact on the system's security posture. This changelog serves as the public-facing component of that ConMon program. It is also referenced in the FedRAMP SSP POA&M as the mechanism for tracking control implementation progress.
Entries are added within 5 business days of any: (a) new compliance document published; (b) existing document updated; (c) security control implemented or modified; (d) regulatory requirement change affecting Psychnex; (e) POA&M item opened or closed. Changelog is retained permanently and never edited retroactively — corrections are added as new entries.
